Statements can be changed if discussed with the artist and agreed upon prior to the commission. These changes will personally be adjusted in their commission order forms once agreed upon.

[I] GENERAL TERMS

The artist has the right to decline your commission. As much as your business is appreciated, any ill behavior¹ when communicating
with me throughout the commission will not be tolerated as well as failure to adhere to the following rules will result
in your commission being cancelled (non-refundable).
When filling out the commission form, please write in a clear manner and provide neat references - you are only entitled to one free of charge major change during the sketching phase. Anything further will result in additional fees.Any part of the Terms of Service can be changed upon discussion with the artist!
¹Ill behaviour: generally unaccepted social acts, i.e. racism, sexism, aggressive or violent speech, etc. not ceasing certain behaviours upon the artist's request, eg. flirting, condescending manner of speech/writing, etc.

[II] PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are made through PAYPAL ONLY
The currency charged is in US dollar $
The commissioner is allowed 1 of 2 payment options, viz. (1) full payment upfront or (2) a deposit fee of 50% of the total commission price that is to be paid before the artist proceeds with the commission. If the commission requested is fewer than 5 emotes, the 50% deposit option is not available and full payment must be done upfront. The commissioner is allowed to choose the payment plan that best suits them.
If the commissioner chooses payment plan (2), full payment, following the 50% deposit fee is expected once all sketches have been approved and confirmed by the commissioner. An invoice will be mailed to you upon receiving your completed commission form.
The Paypal invoice is expected to be paid upon receiving it, including any PayPal fees required for their transaction. Payment of the invoice serves as a means of confirming your commission order with the artist.THE ARTIST WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THE COMMISSION IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED

[III] PROCESS & WAITING TIME

Before proceeding with a commission, the artist will contact the commissioner to confirm the order.
Once the commission order has been confirmed, average turnover time is between 4-8 working days (subject to change due to the size of the order).
Waiting time after reserving a slot is dependent on many factors such as;
current waitlist, position of commission in queue, complexity, health, personal matters etc.
The artist will stay in contact with every customer that reaches out with questions about waiting time/process. You will be notified once work on your commission commences and commissioners will regularly be updated on the progress of the commission. Patience is greatly appreciated. If the artist feels pressured or rushed in any way, it will be seen as a violation of the terms of service and the commission can be cancelledIf there is an issue with your commission regarding completion time, the artist will communicate this with you and kindly ask for your understanding.

[IV] RUSH ORDERS

If you would like your order to be bumped to the top of the commission list without any wait, you may request a rush order.Rush orders are accepted at 50% upmark of the initial total commission price.
Rush orders are bumped to the top of the commission list and become the artist’s current priority in the queue. This means that the artist will begin working on rush orders immediately once payment has been received regardless of the commissioner’s position in the queue at the time the rush order is placed.
The rush order process depends on the progress of the artist’s current commission and will be discussed with the commissioner to best suit their deadlines

[V] CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will do my utmost to ensure that my commissioners are 100% satisfied with their orders, however any major adjustments, e.g. outfit changes, reworked poses, anything that requires me to redraw a large portion of the artwork, will result in extra charges. I allow one form of adjustment/ change (that may apply to all emotes) free of charge during the rough sketching phase. Any more adjustments will result in extra charges depending on the degree of the adjustment.
Once sketches have been confirmed, only small changes will be allowed, e.g. a colour change to a specific portion. If any information regarding an order is miscommunicated by the commissioner resulting in the artist having to make great changes to the order, the artist is allowed to add an extra charge for these changes. Please be as clear as possible with your order to avoid being charged for changes as a result of miscommunication.Once a commission has been completed, no changes will be allowed, therefore it is the commissioner's responsibility to communicate any changes during the WIP process
